Nordic region.

2. Enterprise Value

NOK >100M.

3. Type of Business

All types of business are considered, provided that the business has:

• a proven revenue stream;

• demonstrated growth potential through bolt on acquisitions or further organic development; and/or

• room for operational improvement through underused resources and capacity.

4. Management

Committed management teams which are adaptable to change and strive towards operational excellence.

Excluded Opportunities

In general, we do not invest in:

• Start-ups or unprofitable businesses;

• Highly capital intensive business; and/or

• Business subject to sensitive regulation or which are inconsistent with our values.
