DLVRY is a Norwegian foodservice company focused on the local part of the market, where the company can leverage its strengths in logistics, flexibility, and high service level to local clients. Since the initial investment inl 2018, DLVRY has grown through 20 acquisitions to become a national player, serving local and regional HORECA clients across Norway. Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, and with local branches all over Norway, DLVRY has a total turnover of over NOK 3.5Bn.
Lexit Group

Lexit Group is a leading supplier of high performance data capture solutions and product labelling hardware since 1993. Lexit works across multiple verticals and supplies both hardware and software solutions to ensure that logistics and retail operations are efficient and cost-effective throughout the entire supply chain. Lexit develops and implements “print and apply” solutions to leading food and industry manufacturers, and supplies both big and small organizations with retail solutions and point of sales equipment. Lexit employs 250 people in Norway, Sweden and Denmark and has a total turnover of over NOK 1Bn.

Erik Hauge
PARTNER
Before Scandic Invest, Erik worked as Country Manager for AniCura in Norway, leading a group of 45 veterinary clinics. Erik also has eight years experience as a management consultant, most recently as a Manager with Bain & Company’s Private Equity practice. In addition, Erik has led multiple corporate turnaround efforts, with a particular focus on sales strategy.
Erik holds a BSc from London School of Economics (LSE) and an MBA from INSEAD.

Øyvind Brøgger
PARTNER
Øyvind most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for AniCura Group, with P&L responsibility across AniCura’s 10 countries and over 250 veterinary clinics. Øyvind joined AniCura as Country Manager Norway in 2014 and helped lead the group to a successful exit to Mars, Inc. in 2018. Øyvind also has a background as a Manager with Bain & Company, focusing on strategy, performance and M&A within industrials, consumer goods and Private Equity.
Øyvind holds a BSc from London School of Economics (LSE) and is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Entrepreneurship.
